I used findnearbywikipedia to put markers on my map, now i need a function to get all points of interested like hotels, churches, museums etc in a box or in a radius from given lat log point.
What should I have to use? I really didnt figure out that, findnearby?
Basically I need to show the info showed on your wikimap here, those in purple markers.

Thanks
marc

I guess you want findNearby with featureClass=S
http://www.geonames.org/export/web-services.html#findNearby

That's interesting, I was solving using featureCodes. I found a list of all featureCodes, can you give me the url with the list of all featureClasses?

Thanks

The feature class is in the titles here:
http://www.geonames.org/export/codes.html
The feature codes are grouped by their feature class.

Best
