Is it possible to have a dump of postal codes for the following countries :

germany, bulgaria, finland, macedonia, poland, uk, slovenia & sweden.

As soon as possible if you would, we're launching a new registration process. We're currently using the webservice but it seems to hang at times, so we'd like the data localized on our servers where we can do some crafty caching.
