For Airports are the IATA Codes in the ALTNAME field? Also if there are two what is the second code (ICAO? or FAA?)? Thanks,

IATA and ICAO codes are in the alterate names table with the pseudo language code 'iata' and 'icao'.

Any idea about how many if the airports have a record in this field? I looked on geonames.org/statistics but it has no such data. Thanks,
