Hello,

I noticed Oeiras, Portugal has 1110 of population which is incorrect. According to 2011 census it has a population of 172 120 (http://pt.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oeiras_(Portugal) or in English http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oeiras,_Portugal).

Can someone please fix this?
