Hi, im developing an aplication for an important project, and i have seen that sometimes the web services are down, so, how could i get a subdomain server, and get to the web services that are always running?

For important applications I would suggest to use the commercial services:

Only for the commercial services can we buy enough hardware and pay staff to guarantee 24x7 availability.

ok, but you told in your post, that you had subdomains to avoid that dos atack, and im questioning how i can get access to that subdomain, because im testing my application, and the service its unavailable most of times, and i cannot aford the commercial option, thanks.

If you need a service that is reliably running all the time then I can only offer the commercial services. I cannot afford to buy hardware to answer an infinite number of requests for free. I have to pay for hardware, electricity and everything else. If your project is so 'important' then you can certainly help share the costs and don't want to depend entirely on my generosity to run free services for you.
