(2440481) Niamey Departement de - ADM1 (0

There should be only one according to that source : C:\Documents and Settings\kamel\Desktop\factbooka\factbook\print\ng.html

The capital (2440485) should be part moved to the right administrative division.



And last thing the administrative division should be called : Departement de Niamey.
