I am looking for an example where gSOAP is used to invoke a REST service. The gSOAP toolkit needs a WSDL to create the C structures used to convert the web service response XML into data elements used by an application. Does anyone know of services on GeoNames that have WSDL definitions? I want to find one that I can use with gSOAP in preparation for some upcoming work I will be doing.
