Hi there,

I have a problem with the commercial web services. Specifically "Neighbours". When I try to call the webservice for Japan like this:

http://ws.geonames.net/neighbours?username=[NAME]&token=[token]&geonameId=1861060

I get a result like this:

<geonames>
<status message="" value="12"/>
</geonames>

Calls for other countries work without any errors. Unfortunately, no message is returned. Can someone explain me the meaning of this message. Is it temporary?

Japan is an island and does not have any neighbours. I will fix the error and just return an empty list.

I thought it must be something like that, I just didn't understand the error message. Is there a comprehensive list of error codes for the web services available?
