As of 10:27 am GMT-6, the converter web service is not responding. I have been experiencing intermittent success since yesterday afternoon. I have tried variations in my querystring to be sure it wasn't my fault. It doesn't even work for the example link: http://ws.geonames.org/rssToGeoRSS?feedUrl=http://feeds.reuters.com/reuters/worldNews

If I wait long enough to get a server response, I get:

Bad Gateway!

The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.

The proxy server could not handle the request GET /rssToGeoRSS.

Reason: Error reading from remote server

More info: As far as I can tell, the other web services are working great. I have also been using "neighbourhood" and "extendedFindNearby" and they are very quick to respond.
