The following two timezones are missing from timeZones.txt :

Asia/Calcutta
Asia/Saigon

Actually, the GeoName table is out of date since those 2 timezones have been replaced:

Asia/Calcutta -> Asia/Kolkata
Asia/Saigon -> Ho_Chi_Minh

Easy to fix with an update script.
