Are these regions already loaded? I cannot find them.
How would it be possible to insert them and have them automatically in web queries?

If they don't exist, I suppose I should create a new entity, called 'european community'.
Then I should link it to continent (continent -> macro-region), and link each country to it (macro-region->countries).

Which should be the feature code of this macro-region? I don't see anyone suitable.

This region may be bounded to Europe as parent, but what happens with macro region like Commonwealth which cross continents?
It could be more correct these macro regions are tied both to continents and earth?
So a generic query on earth could return all continents and macro-regions, letting us to decide which is better to use.
