wrong timezone for El Paso  XML

When I search for El Paso, TX. (USA) via the web service I get the wrong timezone.

http://ws.geonames.org/search?q=el+paso&maxRows=10&style=full&lang=en

It shows up as America/Phoenix but I believe it should be America/Denver.

Is this forum the appropriate way to suggest corrections?

You are right there is something wrong. We have fixed it in the timezone webservice but not yet in the db: http://forum.geonames.org/gforum/posts/list/755.page#4557
