There are some errors in the file countryInfo.txt regarding the neighbors information :

For countries : AL, BA, BG, HR, HU, MK, RO, SS there is CS as a neighbors but it is wrong (the api is ok for this point)

Country GP has neighbors AN in the file but AN not longer exist since 2010: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dissolution_of_the_Netherlands_Antilles

In the API, GP has MY as neighbor and MY is returned 199 times => http://api.geonames.org/neighboursJSON?country=GP&username=demo

For PS (http://api.geonames.org/neighboursJSON?country=PS&username=demo), the neighbor EG is missing

At last, one question for US (http://api.geonames.org/neighboursJSON?country=US&username=demo) Cuba is indicated as a neighbor. It is an error, isn't it ?

For the last question about US and Cuba, It's ok, I just understand that there is an Us military base on Cuba.
