I've found some data is missing from the CA.txt summary file (and allCountries) but is available in CA_full.txt.

Postal code V7Z 0N5 is a valid postal code in Sechelt, BC. It exists in CA_full.txt. However the prefix V7Z is missing from CA.txt.

Separate issue, V8H 2B4 is a postal code in Shawnigan Lake, BC. V8H doesn't exist in CA.txt but neither do any V8H codes exist in CA_full.txt

Wondering if at least that firs tissue is a quick fix?
