Dear Geonames staff,

is it possible for you guys to lock the city of Sasmuan? (https://www.geonames.org/1686933/sasmuan.html) It keeps getting changed to Sexmoán, although it hasn't been called that since 1991 (https://lawphil.net/statutes/repacts/ra1991/ra_6976_1991.html), and I can see it being a site for way more vandalism in the future.
