Hello administration,

I was going through Congo Republics Brazzaville's hierarchy and discovered it missing several ADM2 options.

Brazzaville's ADM2 options should be Makelekele, Bacongo, Poto-Poto, Moungali, Ouenzé, Talangaï, M'filou-Ngamaba, Madibou, Djiri.

Good news several of them already exist. Many of them were set to the wrong ADM1. Therefore, I was able to adjust them. However, for Talangaï it seems I don't have the userlevel access.

Makelekele (10376902)
Makelekele needs to update their code to AMD2.

Bacongo (I2261170)
Bacongo needs to update their code to AMD2.

Poto-Poto (2255396)
Poto-Poto needs to update their code to AMD2.

Moungali (10376900)
Moungali needs to update their code to AMD2.

Ouenzé (2565773)
Ouenzé needs to update their code to AMD2.

Talangaï (10376904)
Talangai will need to adjust ADM1 to Brazzaville and update code to AMD2.

M'filou-Ngamaba
M'filou-Ngamaba doesn't exist and will need to be created.

Madibou (2565991)
Madibou needs to update their code to AMD2.

Djiri (2260385)
Djiri is in a weird case. There is a record for Djiri marked under Brazzaville. However, it is mark as STM (Stream). I don't know the policy if it can be changed or create a new record.

Thanks a lot for pointing this out.

I think these names are not only the arrondissement but the terms are also used to refer to the concept of 'populated place' (neighbourhood).
We should therefore not change the featurecode but add an additional feature code for the admin sub division.
As it seems Brazzaville is covering several layers: capital district, department, commune and the arrondissement are below the commune.
We have therefore added them as ADM3 below the commune.
