Hello! I know that I can use a `lang` attribute on a secure.geonames.net/searchJSON request to get results in a local language. However, if I supply a search in the local language, I get no results. For example, if I use `name_startsWith=north%20rhine` and `lang=de`, I get "Nordrhein-Westfalen" in the results (the German place name). However, if I use that for `name_startsWith`, I get no results. Is it possible to search with a non-English place name?
