Odessa / 2 letters s / is the name of the province during the Russian occupation
In 1991, with the liquidation of the USSR, the Russian occupation ended and the province changed its name to Odesa / 1 letter s/
Please stop using the name of the Russian occupiers and replace it with the modern official name Odesa

The main toponym name and the English variants have been changed in 2023.
What other variant would you like to be changed?
