Sorry to bother, this will be one of those "please upgrade my level" posts.
I was hoping to add Armenia's 71 2nd level subdivisions (communities/համայնքներ, otherwise known as municipalities) as there are only 2/71 currently added, plus about 6 historical 2nd level divisions mislabelled as "current" divisions, but alas, I don't have the level necessary to edit or add new subdivisions.
