Is there a way to update the neighbors of an admin location?

The new planning regions in Connecticut should have neighbors of counties in neighboring states.

Hi

There is currently no editable data model for neighbours of admin divisions as it can normally be deduced from the polygon boundaries.

What is your use case for the admin division neighbours ?
