Hello,
Many thanks to the Geonames team for this great job !

I would like to change the feature code for the city of Point-à-Pitre (geoId:3578599) to PPLC since it is the administrative capital (cf https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pointe-%C3%A0-Pitre).

As I am a new user, I have not the right to perform this change.
Would someone approve this change and perform it for me ?

Hi Jean Michel

I have changed it to PPLA3 the seat of the arrondissment.
The capital is Basse Terre.
