I am encountering 503 Service Unavailable errors for every API call to http://api.geonames.org. This issue has persisted across multiple requests and endpoints.

Could you please provide an update on the current status of the API? Is there ongoing maintenance or an outage? Any information on when this issue might be resolved would be greatly appreciated.
