Hey,
hope to be correct here.
Downloading the file from here: "https://download.geonames.org/export/dump/BW.zip"

and filtering the data for feature code == "PPL" or "PPLC" I do have the feeling, there are some duplicates. Douple checking with Map some of the location points just seem next the right city (where also is a feature).

How could I handle those?

Examples are: geonameid: 12640340 and 933350
7644674 and 933002
933383 and 7846960
933151 and 933150
7891994 and 933102
