I see that the postal code V9B 0T7 in Canada resolves to 'Victoria' in GeoNames, but in Canada Post, it resolves to 'Langford.'

Is it possible to know the source of postal code data in GeoNames, at least for countries like Canada, the US, India, and the UK?

Highly appreciate if anyone can help
