Hi,
There are two values for Yangon East.

1. https://www.geonames.org/11154021/yangon-east.html

2. https://www.geonames.org/8239357/yangon-east-district.html

I believe the second one is Yangon West District since most of the townships in Yangon West have the admin level 2 from the second link.
