Hi,

It appears that there were some changes in Ethiopia in August 2023 which have not been updated in Geonames.

No longer in use: https://www.geonames.org/444188/southern-nations-nationalities-and-peoples-region.html

New regions:
Central Ethiopia Regional State: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Central_Ethiopia_Regional_State

South Ethiopia Regional State: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/South_Ethiopia_Regional_State

Please create these new entities + change connected records.
