Accuracy field

I noticed there is an accuracy field for the postal code and in the Readme file it lists values of 1 (estimated) to 6 (centroid).

However, I note a number of records have a value of 0.

Should I take a value of 0 as estimated (or worse than estimated), or simply as unknown?

Thanks in advance.

Zero accuracy means we don't know. The field has been added rather late and most of the records that have been in the database before we have added the field have a null value.
