Reverse GeoCode batch converter development

What are the latest developments for a reverse geocode batch converter. I would like to reverse geocode a list of lat/longs to a .csv or similar(street number/street name/county/city/state/zip code). I would like to process as many as 100 sets of coordinates in a single batch. Are there any solutions for this type of utility?
