how to get Mercator projection of country borders and administrative divisions?

Hi,

Great service! 10x!

It may be a little bit out of the topic - I'm looking for borders of countries (of EU for ex) in Mercator projection with administrative divisions.

Running trough the forum and the files for download I didn't succeed to find an answer, thus 10x for support if anyone can help.

brgs,
nasko

Hi Nasko

I once did this for countries :
http://www.geonames.org/country-borders.html

and for admin divisions you can use these with 400px, 250px or 80px:

http://www.geonames.org/img/country/400/US.png
http://www.geonames.org/img/country/250/US.png
http://www.geonames.org/img/country/80/US.png

Best
