Timezone ID missing for a handful of lat/lon

Hello there. First of all I wanted to say that this service has proved to be very very very useful.

I have about 58 pairs of lat/long coordinates which when passed into the timezone service give me valid gmt and dst offsets, but no timezone id. I am wondering what is missing?

Below are 5 coordinate sets for places in Alaska that are not returning a time zone id. Any ideas?

64.934042	-161.158144
55.355569	-131.713739
59.449969	-146.308767
59.011356	-161.819664
66.249569	-166.089558

Thanks,

These points are all close to the coast and are outside of the polygons we are using. I have added a bufferzone around the polygons to also find points near the coast lines.

Marc,

Thanks for your assistance. The changes you made allowed me to resolve 35 of the 57 lat/long pairs that I was looking for. I still have 22 pairs that I cannot resolve. Below are the coordinates. Any further help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,

        Ryan
