				<title>Indiana Timezone</title>
				<description><![CDATA[ The timezone for Indiana seems to be incorrect.  When I try to get it, I get a gmtOffset of -6.0 and a dstOffset of -5.0, when they should be -5.0 and -4.0 respectively.
