http://ws.geonames.org/postalCodeSearch?postalcode=V4L&country=CA&maxRows=1 says no results, as do any other canadian postal code I plug in. Thanks!

fixed. I think it was a version incompatibility of some functions. Any how it works now. Marc

Seams like it isn't working for me. US zip code works but no Canadian PostalCodes are. Using Firefox's Firebug, i can see the reply for the following request: Code:

callback	getLocation
country	        CA
noCacheIE	34524353425  (I changed this code as it can be sensitive info)
postalcode	H3A 2M8
style	           long

The response is: Code:

getLocation({"postalcodes":[]});

Hi For Canada we only have the first three letters, the so called FSA. You have to pass the country code, then we will strip the trailing characters. http://ws.geonames.org/postalCodeSearchJSON?postalcode=H3A+2M8&country=CA&maxRows=1 Cheers Marc
