Some of them have populations. Some have Wikipedia links (alternate names). Some just differ by position.

I am a new user, so I don't feel comfortable deleting anything. As well, I feel that some of these should be merged rather than deleted.

How should this lot be handled? And once updated, how long until the files are updated (e.g. CA.zip)?]]></description>
