Buildings being defined as Cities (Specifically in Los Angeles)

Greetings,

I am using Geonames for a list of cities that users can pick from on a website and when searching cities around where I live the data does not seem as accurate as it should be. For example "Los Angeles City Center" is defined as P.PPL.

http://www.geonames.org/6946540/los-angeles-city-center.html

Los Angeles City Center is a group of buildings and not an actual city but it shows up a a city. I tried changing the value to S.BLDG but then it got changed back. It would be nice if there were a place for people to discuss on a record or add additional comments related to the records.

Are other people having problems like this? What do you do about it. Also who should be contacted to have records corrected?
