mountains at borderline of 2 adms

Which adm should we choose for mountains which peaks are sometimes exactly at the borderline of 2 adms?

Examples:

"Piz Buin" 46.8442, 10.11884
at the borderline of Austria and Switzerland - which country?

"Hoher Dachstein" 47.47545, 13.60588
at the border of Austria/Upper Austria as well as Austria/Styria - which adm1?

2 copies of the mountain with each adm isn't a good solution too, right?
