i'm seeing a bunch of admin1 regions that are referenced in cities15000.txt that don't appear in admin1CodesASCII.txt

am i parsing the cities' regions incorrectly, or is there somewhere else I can find these admin1 regions?

Re:admin1CodesASCII.txt dump

the codes are obsolete and reference to admin disivions that no longer exists. Unfortunaltey it is not yet known to which admin divisions they belong after the restructuring. The info is left in the file as it is easy for you to set them to null but it may still be valuable information for other users.
