				<description><![CDATA[ The geotree of Costa Rica shows that adm1 Alajuela (id 3624953) has two adm2 called Cantón de San Ramón with  id 3621642 (incorrect lat-lon) and id 6946040 (correct lat-lon).

There is also a adm2 called Cantón de Garabito missing as a child of adm1 Puntoarenas (id 3622226)]]></description>

Do you happen to have a list of all adm2 in Costa Rica with their INE codes, population etc? I did a quick search, but couldn't find it.
