ISO Sub Entities

Hi to all,

thanks for the incredible site !!!!

I have a question, which probably is easy but I can't fine the solution by myself.

I need, for an application I am writing, a list of al the Countries and Region in the form of ISO-3166-2 Specification, let me explain with an example:

MA, 16 which means:
Morocco (Country code ISO-3166 -> MA)
16 (Which means Region Code ISO-3166 -> Oued ed Dahab-Lagouira)

In ypur website I could navigate and find all the code and even the corrispondance between the ISO Region Code and the Fips
i.e. http://www.geonames.org/MA/administrative-division-morocco.html

How I could extract the same information in your extracted DB??

Thanks very much for the support.
