new reversegeocoding webservice ?

Hello.

I would like to know if the type of the following reversegeocoding webservice exists :
params : a list of GPS coordinates (latitude 1/longitude 1,latitude 2/longitude 2,...latitude n/longitude n)
returns : result 1 , result 2, ...result n (result could be street segments for example)

Thank you.
