Thailand: mass change suggested

Hi there,

Whatever data source was used to import features in Thailand has resulted in the words for school, hospital, reservoir, etc. to be transliterated, rather than translated. May I suggest the following mass change:

Rongrian => School
Ang Kep Nam => Reservoir
Sathani Anamai => Health Centre (seems like a poor translation, but I can't think of a better expression. It's a community health centre with first aid and outpatient clinics.)

Obviously, these words not only need to be substituted, but also moved to the end of the names, so it's not just a straight forward search and replace.

Example: http://www.geonames.org/7791219/ang-kep-nam-mae-pha-haen.html
Ang Kep Nam Mae Pha Haen => Mae Pha Haen Reservoir

http://www.geonames.org/7791122/rongrian-wat-pa-tueng.html
Rongrian Wat Pa Tueng => Wat Pa Tueng School

This change will make the data more easily understandable.

Regards,
Peter.
