Data feeds from inaccurate sources

There is a web site in Bulgaria which provides valuable information about the various towns, villages and cities in Bulgaria. The site is called guide-bulgaria[dot]com.

The problem is, that the coordinates that it gives are sometimes wildly inaccurate, and can be hundreds or thousands of metres away from the actual place.

I use GoogleEarth to provide my coordinates, and I suspect they are far more accurate than those used by guide-bulgaria[dot]com. Is this agreed within the GeoNames community? And can contributors to your webservice application edit existing errors?

My appologies that this post expands upon my previous post.
