				<description><![CDATA[ http://api.geonames.org/hierarchy?geonameId=3617459&username=demo returns  populated place Nueva Guinea and its parents, one of which is an ADM1 with geonameid 3830308

Then, http://api.geonames.org/children?geonameId=3830308&username=demo  should return Nueva Guinea too, or not ? but it doesn't ..

				<title>Re:Children not found ? </title>
				<description><![CDATA[ The problem is that the admin2 code for Nueva Guinea is missing. The children of the ADM1 are the ADM2 and not cities. If there service were to include all features as children of ADM1 then it would potentially return tens of thousands of rows and become useless.
