Errors in Netherlands Postal Codes when placename occurs more than once

Many Netherlands Postal Codes point to the wrong place if the name of place occurs more than once.
For instance:
5363 Velp, gemeente Grave, Noord-Brabant points to Velp, Gelderland
9784 Noordwolde, gemeente Bedum, Groningen points to Noordwolde, Friesland
I cannot find how to correct this.
There are also inconsistencies like adding the name of the municipality (gemeente) to the name of the place instead of using the adminname field. For instance Oosterhout, Gelerland, which is in Overbetuwe and Nijmegen, they have the same coordinates.
