				<description><![CDATA[ We are working on sthg like that too. From Earth recursive downwards. There seem to be some inconsistencies though, like 

http://api.geonames.org/hierarchy?geonameId=3617459&username=demo  that has 3830308 among parents  

and 

http://api.geonames.org/children?geonameId=3830308&username=demo NOT having 3617459  among its children
