				<description><![CDATA[ By curiosity, I would like to know why the "standalone" attribute of the XML declaration is set to "no".
I may miss the point but I do not see which of the criterium apply to the XML provided (http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-xml/#sec-rmd)

				<description><![CDATA[ It is the default behaviour of the java xml api and nobody ever noted. I will change it.
