Adding UTC time to timezone webservice

Hi,

can you add the UTC time in response for timezone query?

This would give us the possibility to check the current time against the utc time and therefore to get the current (local) timezone offset compared to utc.

Example:

Hi,

Your system knows your SysTime and your SysOffset to UTC.
TimeZoneQuery returns the LocalTime.

LocalTime - SysTime + SysOffset gives you the LocalOffset to UTC... or the LocalTimeZone
