				<title>How do I know Bondi is a suburb of Sydney?</title>
				<description><![CDATA[ Hello everybody.

i'm trying to filter out geonames that are within cities, or within villages. 
is that possible ? 

the example is Sydney as a city and Bondy which is a suburb within Sydney. 

Both are under featureClass P, however Bondy is not a city nor a village... 

is this a mistake ? cause i have found this in other places 
like Tel Aviv, a city in Israel and Ramat Aviv which is a suburb of Tel Aviv. 
both are under feature class P. 

How can I distinguish between the two ? 

how do I know Bondi is a suburb of Sydney ? or how do I eliminate suburbs from my search ?
