Is anything correct in this database ?

After checking 3-4 countries I found out that in every country we have the wrong number of admin districts, wrong placements of cities in areas and wrong placement of areas in districts and so on. Is anyone regulating data ? Are the ambassadors active, or have they perished ? I would have never run into those error if I had not attempted to add postal codes for those countries.

So where do we start ? Who should I talk to ? I cannot fix all these by my self ... it will take me a lifetime.

Poland - Kielce administrative division. It's not positioned in the town center or city magistrate. no... It's positioned... oustide of the city boundaries :( And when I try to correct this error... I got: "error while saving: The record you want to edit is locked for updates for userlevel1"

the same for Warsaw - when I try to move it's position from rural obscure complete nowhere to the residence of town's president and town's magistrate (main entrance, that's the position - rounded to nearest minute - that every atlas gives...) I got: "error while saving: The record you want to edit is locked for updates for userlevel1"

Thanks for helping in fixing errors.
To move places, you have to create an account, then ask Marc to increase your userlevel.

Currently geonames.org shows
N 52° 13' 40'' E 21° 0' 45'' (52.2278 / 21.01273) for GeoNameId: 756135

Error of a few hundred meters (two crossings) isn't a big error, but when google has provided good aerial photos it's easy to pinpoint exact point where they erected the monument with engraved distances to other european capitals, to please tourists playing with GPS...

So it's best to move this point to the crossing of Al. Jerozolimskie and Marszałkowska Street (google maps shows this crossing also as the center of the town) - to this monument:
N 52° 13' 47''E 21° 0' 38''.

Historically, the center of the town, untill quite recently, was about 1,5 arc minutes north from this point (my 30 years old school atlas lists Warsaw as 52N15 21E00). I added "Zygmunt's Column" and "Warsaw City Hall" (historical Warsaw's centers approximately) as separate points.
