				<title>countryInfo.txt BOMmed</title>
				<description><![CDATA[ This morning countryInfo.txt contained the BOM (Byte order mark) at the beginning of the file. Now mysql will insert a bogus row when importing with "load infile". Should I manually remove it or is this a one-time occurrence?]]></description>
