you can add the parameter username=&lt;your username&gt; to overcome the blocking.

				<description><![CDATA[ I can confirm that this resolves the issue. 

Essentially our usernames are our API Key. I've just run it using 'marc' as well.

If this changes for a more formal system, I hope that we can keep both systems running at the same time for awhile so that some of us have a chance to fix and deploy. For example, getting an app through Palm takes 3 to 4 days.

The service is fantastic and I support the rooting out of clients that are not using the system efficiently.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ I am writing an iPhone app for a client. The time zone lookup occurs each time the app is started up, but the app would only be used once or twice a day and then only while a user is traveling across time zones.

Will I have to do anything different when the app is finally deployed?
